All indicative bids, rates, terms, and allocations remain subject to the relevant bank or financial institution completing its own review, approval, documentation, and compliance checks.
CapitalBridge does not guarantee loan approval, rate reduction, allocation success, loan applicant performance, banker participation, reward issuance, or any financial outcome.
Loan applicants and bankers are responsible for ensuring that information, documents, confirmations, and acknowledgements submitted through the platform are true, current, and complete.
Application fees, platform success fees, and loan applicant rewards are administered according to the rules displayed on the platform at the relevant time and may require internal confirmation before completion.
